This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, the provider processes technical connection data, including your IP address, access time, requested URL and browser information, to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

The functional ss_consent cookie stores your choice for twelve months. It contains the selected categories, timestamp and consent version. Optional external services load only after consent. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings in the footer.

The website does not integrate Google Analytics. Technical connection data processed by the host and external services you choose to use is distinct from that.

With consent, ipapi.co can use your IP address to determine an approximate location and timezone. The hero also uses approximate coordinates to retrieve weather and sunrise data. The clock works without consent using your browser timezone.

Open-Meteo supplies weather, sunrise and sunset data for the selected location. A direct request sends your IP address and approximate or preset coordinates to OpenMeteo GmbH.

In the vinyl collection, the Spotify player loads only after you consent to external services and select a release. Spotify then receives technical connection data, including your IP address and browser information. The legal basis for these optional integrations is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Enquiries may contain your name, email address, phone number, company, project focus, investment range and message. These details and the context of the form are processed to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other correspondence.

Forms are delivered through Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), which receives your details for delivery. Correspondence is retained for handling your enquiry and any subsequent work, then deleted unless statutory retention requirements apply.

Links to Google Calendar, WhatsApp and other external websites open the provider only when selected. Their own privacy notices apply. No appointment is booked or message sent automatically.

The check retrieves the public URL you enter and selected technical files from the server. The target receives the checking server's connection, not your browser IP. Do not enter confidential links, credentials or personal URL parameters. Without a separate contact request, the technical findings remain in your browser view.

When you request a personal review, your contact details, message, checked URL and a check identifier are sent to Seethaler Studio through Resend. This is an enquiry, not an automatically delivered full report.

To protect the forms and check, Cloudflare D1 stores an hourly changing IP hash made with a secret value and a request counter. This rate-limit table contains no plain-text IP addresses, email addresses or messages. Counters expire at the next hour; expired entries are removed on the next API request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your language choice is stored in the open tab's sessionStorage. After consent, the hero caches approximate coordinates as sky-coords in localStorage for use for up to 24 hours. This entry is removed when consent is withdrawn.

Depending on the tool, Lab tools store drafts, colour values and preferences such as sound or language locally in your browser. These settings are not submitted as contact requests. You can remove local data in your browser settings.

Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent for future processing at any time.
