Context
Loc & Capture connects international multimedia localisation, production workflows and proprietary technology. Its offer cannot be reduced to translation or individual assets.
The task
Consider positioning, sales, product and operations together. What the company promises externally needs to make sense in its products and the way it works.
The engagement
Not a finished design handover, but ongoing work between strategic judgement and practical implementation: from commercial assets to internal tools.
Explain the offer through the responsibility it takes on.
In multimedia localisation, a translated file is not yet a finished campaign. Versions, visuals, audio, formats and quality have to hold together through delivery. That responsibility is the starting point for the positioning work.
The public website now places Loc & Capture in this production phase. Messaging and the commercial story connect the offer to prospective clients' questions: what does the company take on, how does it work and what demonstrates its capability?

Design as a tool within the workflow.
The engagement does not stop at the company's market presence. It also includes product UX, redesigning existing internal tools and software work. The starting point is the people who use these interfaces to produce and review work.
That requires understanding the process first: what information is needed now, which decision follows, and what must be preserved for the next person? Only then can the interface be assessed against the job it needs to support.

The connection is part of the product.
A tool can work well in isolation and still create extra work if its output cannot be used in the next step. Handovers, data structures and digital workflows therefore belong to the same brief.
One concrete area is preparing information for further commercial work. Research, structured records and subsequent processing are treated as a connected workflow. Sources, selection rules and contacts remain internal.
- 01
Input
Information arrives from different working contexts.
- 02
Structure
The relevant details are put into a consistent form.
- 03
Handover
The output becomes usable in the next working step.
A conversation needs more than a good opening line.
Positioning alone does not create a reliable sales process. The engagement therefore also covers outbound structures, account and lead organisation, sales assets and business development.
The aim is a coherent sequence: a relevant reason to talk, a clear offer, useful evidence and a defined next step. Materials and systems are developed around that connection rather than as isolated campaigns.
- 01
Positioning
Clarify what the company takes responsibility for.
- 02
Sales
Make that role concrete through conversation paths and commercial assets.
- 03
Product
Make the tools' purpose and way of working understandable.
- 04
Delivery
Connect the promise to the actual production context.
Not more contacts. Relevant connections.
Partnerships matter when roles and interests fit. The focus is therefore not a collection of familiar logos, but where Loc & Capture can make a useful contribution to another business.
The work includes assessing those opportunities and preparing conversations and commercial assets. The concrete contribution is the preparation: a clear role, relevant materials and a conversation grounded in a shared interest.
Not one digital project. Work on the business.
The engagement connects strategy, product, systems and growth. A sharper market presence, documented commercial foundations and work on internal tools support one another. Not a rebrand with a handover date, but ongoing development.
